The Ottawa Construction News - December 2010 edition contained an article on the Beaver Barracks project. This excerpt from the article sums up the project: "According to CCOC’s Development and Construction Manager, Kim Menard, it was the co-operative spirit, innovation and energy of the designers, project team and sub-trades who made the project a great success as they partnered together to meet those challenges. “Everyone has really pulled together to create an incredible project,” she said.
