New construction of a 96 unit eight storey condominium building, as well as a 56 unit four storey wood construction condominium building. Both buildings were being built concurrently. HydroPlumb was responsible for plumbing and HVAC piping.

Tall Ships Landing

A spectacular resort style condominium in Brockville, Ontario with a private marina, fitness centre, clubhouse, spa, restaurant and a boutique hotel. The project consists of 21 storeys and houses 87 condo units.

HydroPlumb was responsible for plumbing and HVAC piping.

Hyde Park Residences

Hyde Park is a private caring community made up of adult lifestyle and retirement units. This project consisted of 2 separate buildings both being built concurrently. The first being a 5-storey, 105 condo unit building. The second being a 4-storey wood construction, 35 condo unit building.
